EDIT: Since her torso and arm is way too long, I'll do what I can to fix it whenever I got the time.

I can't even remember when I started drawing thiiiis. Quickly sketched her on paper, scanned and painted everything else in Photoshop.

This is my newest character that I've named Nordavind. She will be my new fursona to represent me on another website.
It feels like I'm starting to slowly grow away from Snow when it comes to design, but she'll still be my main OC.

I'm slightly approving of where my style is going. Still pretty cartoonish, but I can't seem to get rid of it.
Trying to get better at colors and depth, and for once, I dropped all of the adjustments and sharpening I usually add at the end of each drawing.
Makes it looks more smoother.

Anyways, I hope you like it!

First and foremost thank you for participating in the Critique Extravaganza for Project Educate! We appreciate it! I am here to offer you a critique on your art that you have requested to be looked at!

:wow: I absolutely love this piece! You did a phenomenal job on the detail, the shading and the highlights of the main character as well as the scenery. The background brings to this piece such a subtle, yet inviting mood. I really fits well with your color scheme of choice. It makes the whole piece seem very warm yet mysterious.

You did an excellent job on the details of the fur and direction of fur/hair. I would like to make a suggestion as far as the arm (besides its length). At the base, it's in the spot where the extra long 'hair' comes down to the elbow (which I think you did great with the direction of the hair as well as the highlights and shading). I'm not sure if this was meant to be there or not but it looks like you might still have some of the line art visible? There is a defined black line that goes half way down and up to the other-side. I would recommend removing that and replacing it with the color of the highlights/shadows of the hair itself instead of being a black line; as this makes it feel out of place.

As others have suggested, the arm does look a little too long for the rest of the torso but you mentioned in your description you where going to work on that! <3

I would also recommend maybe adding a little more detail to the hair along the back. It looks great but I think you could add a few more strands of highlights/shading to it as you have done with the hair at the top of the head.

For the background: Maybe add some more details to the right far side of the tree. You did a great job with the highlights you might want to define it a little more with a strong yellowish color as I feel the tree kind of fades into nonexistence.

All in all a beautiful job on this unique piece! I love those antlers and the beautiful web within. This really is a beautifully executed piece and a sheer joy to look at. Thank you for sharing your talents with us!

First of all, daaamn how could I forget to comment this?!

It doesn't matter how many time I peek at this drawing, I can never stop being impressed.
You've come a long way since you started drawing. I have always been a bit jealous of your patience,
and you can clearly see that you've been taking your time with this one. I think the details such as the spider web is genious!
When I discovered that you got a DD I wasn't really surprised, I was rather proud of knowing someone that talentful.

I'm looking forward to seeing more of your art, because you truly inspire me as a friend and an artist. :huggle:
Keep up the good work!

Oh my...... Oh I wish these magnificent creatures existed with every ounce of my Soul. How wise and gentle they would be and how devastatingly sad it would make nature lovers for humans to try to eradicate them.. .and you know some men would for whatever reason they could find in the depths of hell..... For me, however, I would try to befriend and contribute my knowledge with them through their way of communication, be it language or touch, smell, body language, and sound. Do you agree?

Oh, man, I want to draw a spiderweb between antlers now. May I use this idea too if I get a chance?

I'm no expert of any sort, but from observation of others, imagining that arm stretched out, and comparing to myself in the mirror, I really CAN NOT find anything wrong with the length of that arm. I don't know if you were meaning to give this being arms longer than that of humans in relation or anything, but assuming that you're going off of human anatomy, I can't find any faults in the length of the arm. Maybe I'm miscalculating due to the elbow fur, or maybe I am doing something wrong, but until I can see those, I'm gonna say that it all looks alright here. In fact, the entire picture looks nearly perfect to me; the only real problem here being that this is not in my favorites (soon to be remedied)
