In Demon Whisperers there are different types of demons.
This drawing will represent the Nightmare demon.
These creatures have the ability to enter your dreams, creating horrific illusions to drive you mad. Not only that, but the demon and its creation can also harm you.
The dreamer can also harm the demon inside his/her dream, as well. They usually don't realize it before it is too late since they believe its not real.
The only way the nightmare demon can enter someone's dream, they have to be asleep too. The distance between where the demon and the victim is sleeping is limited.
This is just a quick summary, so it might sound confusing. Sorry about that.
